摘要
VBOX测速仪在汽车道路性能测试中应用广泛,其测量精度及可靠性研究对于汽车动力性、操纵稳定性评价等关键领域具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。本文建立了VBOX测速仪测量精度及可靠性评价模型,搭建了实验室条件下基于标准信号的VBOX测速系统,对其测量精度及不确定度进行分析。结果表明,在5~300 km/h范围内,VBOX测速仪能快速搜集到信号,且具有较好的测量精度,误差控制在0.06%以内,整个系统的扩展不确定度为U=0.06 km/h,k=2。
The VBOX is widely used in automobile road performance testing,and its measurement accuracy and reliability research have important scientific significance and application value for automobile dynamics and handling stability evaluation.In this paper,the measurement accuracy and reliability evaluation model of VBOX is established.The measurement system based on standard signals is built under laboratory conditions,and its measurement accuracy and uncertainty are analyzed.The results show that in the range of 5-300 km/h,the VBOX can quickly collect signals,and has good measurement accuracy.The error is controlled within 0.06%,and the expanded uncertainty of the entire system is U=0.06 km/h,k=2.
