摘要
随着智能底盘平台化的不断发展,整车性能也在不断提升,需要改进智能底盘线控转向性能,并对实车线控转向进行分析与验证,以保证用最小改动量来满足市场需求。本文以CANoe软件针对某工业一体式模块化智能底盘对转向器行程进行了测试,完成了理论分析与实车验证,并对最小转弯半径和最大转向角度进行了试验,为线控车辆转向系统的研究与控制提供了方案。
With the continuous development of the trend towards the intelligent platform of the chassis,the overall vehicle performance is constantly improving.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the intelligent chassis line control steering performance and conduct analysis and verification of actual vehicle line control steering to ensure the minimum modification amount to meet market demand.This paper used CANoe software to verify the steering range of a certain industrial integrated modular intelligent chassis,completed theoretical analysis and actual vehicle verification,and tested the minimum turning radius and maximum steering angle,providing a plan for the research and control of the steering system of line-controlled vehicles.
