人民主体观是马克思主义唯物史观的思想精髓和本质特征,也是贯穿习近平以人民为中心发展思想始终的哲学精髓,表现为人民历史主体观、人民公有制度论、人民党性宗旨观、人民历史价值观、人民思维方式论、人民实践方法论、人民改革开放观,以及人民共享发展观、人民发展道路观和人民红色江山论等十个方面,是人民社会建设的理论基石。以此为基础,将人民主体观落实于社会改革建设和发展的方方面面,首先以人民为主体推进构筑经济、政治、文化三位一体的人民社会砥柱架构,建立起中国特色社会主义的人民主体经济体系、政治体系和文化体系,进而拓展到建设以人民为主体的、满足人民美好生活需要的、助力实现共同富裕的民生福祉和和谐社会体系,惠民利民为民的生态文明体系,以及人民主体的国家安全、国防和外交体系等,最终形成以五位一体为基本架构、社会各领域、各环节、各事务充分发挥人民主体能动性的中国特色社会主义人民社会。

People's main view is the ideological essence and essential feature of Marxist historical materialism,and the philosophy essence of Xi Jinping's people-centered development thought.It is manifested in ten aspects,including the views of people-historical subject,people-public system,people-historical values,peoplethinking way,people-practice methodology,people-reform and opening up,and people's share-development,people-development road and people's country,which is the theoretical footstone of people's social construction.On this basis,we will implement the view of people-subject in all aspects of social reform construction and development.First of all,we will take the people as subject to promote the construction of economic,political and cultural trinity of the people's social pillar structure and establish a people's main economic,political and cultural system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In turn,it expands to the construction of a people-oriented harmonious social system to meet the people's needs for a better life and help achieve common prosperity,an ecological civilization system that benefits the people,and a people-oriented national security,national defense and diplomatic system.And finally we can form a five-in-one socialist people's society with Chinese characteristics that gives full play to the initiative of the people in all fields,links and affairs of society.The formation of a socialist people's society with Chinese characteristics,with the basic structure of the five in one and the full play of the people's main initiative in all areas of society and in all aspects of affairs.
