癌症患者高强度间歇训练运动康复研究进展

Research Progress of High-Intensity Interval Training for the Rehabilitation of Cancer Patients

摘要 随着癌症患者生存及预后的日益改善,癌症康复的需求也日益增长。近年来一些学者将高强度间歇训练(high-intensity interval training,HIIT)在癌症患者运动康复中进行了探索应用。本文对癌症患者HIIT运动康复的相关研究进行综述,包括HIIT概念、运动处方、安全性与可行性、运动效果以及运动中存在的障碍等,以期为在我国推广HIIT运动康复锻炼方案提供借鉴。 With the improvement of the prognosis of cancer patients,cancer rehabilitation is emerging.In recent years,some scholars have explored the application of high-intensity interval training(HIIT)in the rehabilitation of cancer patients.This article reviews the research on HIT for the rehabilitation of cancer patients,including the concept,prescription,safety,feasibility,effect and obstacles of HIIT,in order to provide evidence for the promotion of HIIT as rehabilitation program in China.
