摘要
高校通过“朋辈教育”活动,开发和利用大学生朋辈思想资源,试图提高思想政治教育实效,却因为“朋辈教育”的构词与表述不精准、概念和内涵有争议等不够精当的原因,导致实践中收效甚微。使用“朋辈影响力”在措辞上更契合、在内容上更丰富、在实践上更贴切。在实践层面,运用“朋辈影响力”开发大学生朋辈思想资源,对于填补思政教育者的“缺场”,促进自我教育的主动“反思”,促成健康校风的快速形成等具有重要作用和价值。
Through“peer education”activities,colleges and universities develop and utilize ideological resources of college students'peers,trying to improve the effectiveness of ideological education;however,there's little effect in practice because of the inaccurate word formation and expression of“peer education”and the controversy in concept and connotation.Therefore,the use of“peer influence”is more suitable in terms of wording,richer in content,and more appropriate in practice.At the practical level,using“peer influence”develops the ideological resources of college students,and using peers is irreplaceable for filling the“vacancy”of ideological and political educators;promoting active“reflection”in self-education,and promoting the rapid formation of a healthy school spirit are of significance.
