文化旅游是社会发展中深具活力的产业,有着巨大的经济效益和社会效益,文化和旅游的融合发展是新时代国家文化建设的重要命题和新时期人民群众美好生活的基本需求之一。随着2018年文化和旅游部的组建,文旅融合发展迈上了新的台阶,两者的结合被喻为“诗和远方走在了一起”。在“以文塑旅、以旅彰文”的基本原则的指导下,文旅建筑的功能更加复合、类型更加多样、体验更加多元。

Cultural tourism,as an industry of great vitality in the social development of China,brings huge economicand social benefits.The integrated development of culture and tourism industries represents an important propositionof the culture building and one of the basic demands of the Chinese peoplefor a better life in the new era.With the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China in 2018,the tourism sector has been further integrated with cultural development.Guided by the basic principle of"shaping an image of culture-based tourism and highlighting cultural values with tourism",cultural tourism buildings are designed with complex functions and in multiple types,offering diversified experiences.Meanwhile,with thedeployment and implementation of the new urbanization strategy,cultural tourism buildings in rural areas or urban-rural fringe areas are gaining increasing concern for their active roles in advancing urban and rural construction and high-quality development.
