摘要 数字媒介技术的飞速发展,加速推动了城市形象数字传播的根本性变革。以算法推荐为代表的数字媒体正在从传播渠道、传播主体、传播内容等三方面重塑城市形象,并深刻影响城市的发展。城市形象数字传播已成为顶级全球城市软实力竞争的主阵地,纽约、迪拜、伦敦等国际大都市正纷纷在这一领域加快布局。上海应充分抓牢城市形象数字传播的核心落脚点,面向未来塑造“人民城市:WECITY”的全球识别,通过更多个体化的小微叙事汇聚起人人参与城市形象数字传播的强大合力,推动城市形象数字传播与城市数字化转型“同频共振”,面向世界展示社会主义现代化国际大都市的风范魅力。 The rapid development of digital media technology has accelerated the fundamental transformation in the digital communication of the urban image.Digital media represented by algorithm recommendation is reshaping the image of cities from three aspects:communicating channels,communicating subjects,and communicating contents,and deeply infuencing the development of cities.Digital communication of city image has become the main competing domain of soft power among top global cities,as New York,Dubai,London and other international metropolises are accelerating their layout in this field.Shanghai should stand firmly on the core foothold of the digital communication of city image,shaping the global identity of“People's City:WeCity”for the future with the strong joint force of everyone's participation in the digital communcation of city image through more individualized micro-enterprise narration,promoting the co-development of the digital communication of city image and urban digital transformation,presenting the charm of a moderm socialist intemnational metropolis to the world.
