摘要 教师复原力能够有效帮助教师缓解工作压力、保持教学热情、坚守职业承诺,成为近二十多年来全球教师研究和实践领域的热点词。澳大利亚作为全球最早将针对教师复原力提升的项目付诸实践的国家,其教师复原力项目已经非常成熟,在世界范围内产生了广泛且积极的影响。本研究在回顾澳大利亚教师复原力项目缘起和进展的基础上,深入探讨澳大利亚教师复原力项目的基本特征:制定系统化和实践化的多层次复原力项目目标,以系统提升教师复原力;开发个性化和模块化的复原力项目内容,以有针对性地提升教师复原力;采用多元化和项目化的方式实施复原力项目,以有效地提升教师复原力;开展情境性和表现性的复原力项目评价,以科学地提升教师复原力。据此,从目标、内容、实施和评价四个方面为我国开发有效的教师复原力项目提出若干建议,以期助力我国建设高质量教师队伍、缓解教师职业压力、提升乡村教师队伍质量。 Teacher resilience has been a buzzword in global teacher research for over two decades as it helps teachers to reduce workplace stress,maintain enthusiasm for teaching and maintain professional commitment.As one of the first countries in the world to implement teacher resilience programs,Australia has had a wide and positive impact on the world.This study reviews the origins and progress of teacher resilience programs in Australia and examines the basic features of resilience programs in Australia,including the development of resilience program goals that systematically inform teacher practice,the development of personalized and modular resilience program content,the adoption of diverse and project-based approaches in resilience program implementation,and contextualized and performance-based resilience program evaluation.Accordingly,several recommendations are made for the development of effective teacher resilience programs in China in four areas:objectives,content,implementation,and evaluation,with a view to build a high-quality teaching force,alleviate occupational stress and improve the quality of the rural teaching force.
