摘要
心肌炎是一种心肌局限性或弥漫性炎症性疾病,其临床表现差异性大,诊断的金标准依赖于心内膜心肌活检,其治疗分为对症治疗及病因治疗,本文就心肌炎的诊断、治疗及预后进行相关综述。
Myocarditis is defined as an inflammatory disease of the focal or diffuse myocardium.For myocardiatis,the clinical presentation are varied,the gold-standard diagnosis tool is endomyocardial biopsy and the treatment included both supportive and definitive therapies.In this paper,we aimed to review the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis about myocardiatis.
