妊娠特异性蛋白1在子痫前期患者血清及胎盘中的表达及意义

EXPRESSION OF PSG1 IN SERUM AND PLACENTA OF PATIENTS WITH PREECLAMPSIA

摘要 目的 探讨妊娠特异性蛋白1(PSG1)在子痫前期患者血清和胎盘中的表达水平及意义。方法 选取于2019年10月—2020年12月期间该院分娩的43例子痫前期患者为研究对象,设为病例组,选取同期分娩且无妊娠并发症的孕妇46例患者为对照组,收集二组相关临床资料。利用ELISA法检测二组孕妇肘静脉血中PSG1的表达水平。采用免疫组化法检测胎盘中PSG1的表达情况。结果 二组年龄、分娩孕周、孕次、产次及TC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。二组孕期增长体重、孕前BMI、尿素、肌酐、LDL-c/HDL-c、TG、ALT及AST比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子痫前期多因素Logistic回归分析说明PSG1子痫前期发病相关(P<0.05)。结论 子痫前期患者血清及胎盘中PSG1水平降低,提示PSG1水平与子痫前期发病有关,PSG1降低,发生子痫前期风险增加。 Objective To investigate the expression level and significance of Pregnancy-Specific Glycoprotein 1(PSG1) in serum and placenta of preeclampsia patients. Methods Fourty three cases of patients with prelampsia who delivered in our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were set as the case group, and 46 pregnant women who delivered in the same period without pregnancy symptoms were selected as the control group.Relevant clinical data of the two groups were collected.The expression level of PSG1 in elbow venous blood was detected by ELISA.The expression of PSG1 in placenta was detected by immunohistochemistry.The independent sample T test or rank sum test was used to compare the measurement data between the groups.The chi-square test, Fisher exact probability test or rank sum test were used to compare the counting data.Logistic regression model was used to conduct multivariate analysis. Results There were no significant differences in age, gestational age, gestational age, time of delivery and TC between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in weight gain during pregnancy, pre-pregnancy BMI,urea, creatinine, LDL-C/HDL-C,TG,ALT and AST between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of preeclampsia showed that PSG1(P<0.05) was correlated with the onset of preeclampsia. Conclusion The decrease of PSG1 level in serum and placenta of preeclampsia patients suggests that the level of PSG1 is related to the incidence of preeclampsia.The decrease of PSG1 increases the risk of preeclampsia.
