Study on Complexity of Urban Innovation Network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Innovation Chain Synergy Capability

摘要 结合创新链与创新网络,从创新链的纵向过程联系与横向区域网络联系两个维度探讨粤港澳大湾区城市网络的复杂性特征。基于2005—2019年粤港澳大湾区内“9+2”与外部30个省份的专利转移数据,运用社会网络分析与负二项回归、引力模型等实证城市创新网络及其创新链协同能力的影响因素。结果显示:(1)粤港澳大湾区城市创新网络规模不断扩大,内外联系日益紧密,创新扩散能力增强;(2)大湾区城市创新网络的外部联系强于内部联系,对外需求大于对外供给,主要城市在创新链不同环节的内外功能不同;(3)基础研究溢出能力与产业结构相似度对城市创新网络及其创新链各个环节均具有正向促进作用,市场化指数差异和地理距离对创新各个环节影响表现为负相关,经济发展水平差距在校企网络的技术开发环节表现为正相关,在企业网络的产业转化环节是负相关。基于城市创新网与创新链协同关系的短板和障碍及其影响因素的差异性,提出以“强链与补链”为着力点提升创新链协同能力的相关政策建议。 This paper combines the innovation chains and innovation networks,and explores the complexity characteristics of urban networks in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from two dimensions of vertical process linkages and horizontal regional networks of innovation chains.Based on the patent transfer data of "9+2" and 30 external provinces in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area from 2005 to 2019,social network analysis with negative binomial regression and gravity model is used to empirically prove the influencing factors of urban innovation networks and its innovation chain synergy capacity.The results show as follows:(1) Cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have been expanding the scale of their innovation networks,with increasingly close internal and external links and enhanced innovation diffusion capacity.(2) The external links of the innovation network of cities are stronger than internal links,and external demand is greater than external supply.Major cities have different internal and external functions in different links of the innovation chain.(3) Spillover capacity of fundamental research and industrial structure similarity have a positive contribution to each link of the city innovation network and its innovation chain.Differences in marketization index and geographical distance show a negative correlation on the impact of each link of innovation,and the gap in economic development level shows a positive correlation in the technology development link and a negative correlation in the industrial transformation link of the enterprise network.Based on the shortcomings and obstacles of the synergistic relationship between urban innovation networks and innovation chains and the differences in their influencing factors,we propose policy recommendations to enhance the synergistic ability of innovation chains with the focus on strengthening and complementing chains.
