摘要
针对承轨层复杂关键节点,设计1/8缩尺试件,并进行低周往复试验和数值分析,以研究其抗震性能。所选节点为左右等高、等跨和左右不等高、不等跨的预应力箱梁-钢管混凝土柱节点JD-1和JD-2。由于箱梁宽度大于柱宽,故节点区增设柱帽,梁腹板内纵筋及预应力筋从节点两侧柱帽穿过。对节点的承载力、刚度、延性、耗能能力及钢筋和预应力筋应力、应变进行分析。研究结果表明:节点JD-1和JD-2分别主要表现为梁端弯曲破坏和上柱端部压弯破坏,均达到了强节点弱构件的设计目的;从节点的滞回性能、承载力退化规律、延性及耗能能力等可以看出其具有良好的抗震性能。
In view of the complex key nodes of rail bearing layer in practical engineering,1/8 scale specimens are designed to study the seismic performance through low cycle reciprocating load test and numerical analysis.The selected joints are JD-1 and JD-2 prestressed box girder-concrete-flled steel tubular column joints with equal height and span and equal height and span.As the width of box girder is larger than the width of column,the column cap is added to the joint area.The longitudinal bars and prestressed bars in the web pass through both sides of the joint column cap.Based on the low cycle reciprocating load test,the bearing capacity,stiffness,ductility,energy dissipation capacity and stress and strain of steel bar and prestressed bar are analyzed.The results show that the joints JD-1 and JD-2 mainly exhibit bending failure at the beam end and bending failure at the upper column end,respectively,which achieve the design purpose of strong joints and weak members.It can be seen that the joint has good seismic performance from its hysteretic performance,degradation law of bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation capacity.
