境外疟疾输入是我国疟疾防控工作面临的重大挑战。本文通过梳理境外疟疾疫情动态和中国疟疾防控成果及现状,分析了境外疟疾输入的风险因素和危害,探讨了当前我国疟疾防控面临的困难和挑战,以及相关防控策略和措施的不足之处,提出了持续投入、加强培训、加强国际合作、科技创新等对策,为境外疟疾输入的风险评估和防控提供参考,持续巩固消除疟疾成果。

The import of malaria is a major challenge for malaria prevention and control in China.This article combs through the dynamics of overseas malaria epidemics and the achievements and current situation of malaria prevention and control in our country,analyzes the risk factors and hazards of imported malaria,discusses the dificulties and challenges currently facing malaria prevention and control,and the shortcomings of related prevention and control strategies and measures.It puts forward countermeasures such as continuous investment,strengthened training and international cooperation,and technological innovation,so as to provide a reference for risk assessment and prevention and control of imported malaria from overseas and maintain the malaria-free status in China.
