一例进口含锑物料的表征与属性鉴别 被引量:1

Characterization and Attribute Identification of An Imported Antimony-Containing Material

摘要 采用X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射光谱仪、超景深三维显微镜、激光粒度分析仪及标准分析方法等,对申报名称为“锑矿”的样品进行了元素组成、物相组成、微观形态、粒径分布等表征,获得了样品的特征:黄褐色细粉末状,主要由锑、硫、钠元素组成,主要物相组成为水合锑酸钠,含有少量的单质硫和锑氧。分别与锑矿、锑泡渣、水合锑酸钠、锑酸钠等的特征进行了比较,结果表明:样品与锑矿特征不符,不是锑矿;样品与含锑矿物经碱性浸出湿法工艺生产得到的水合锑酸钠粗产品吻合,为粗制水合锑酸钠,可用于生产水合锑酸钠成品。依据GB 34330—2017《固体废物鉴别标准通则》中3.6条款,判定该样品不是固体废物。通过建立含锑物料的表征和鉴别方法,可为进口含锑物料的检验和属性鉴别提供技术保障。 In this work,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,X-ray diffraction spectrometer,ultra-depth of feld 3D microscope,laser particle size analyzer and standard analysis methods were used to characterize the elemental composition,phase composition,micromorphology,particle size distribution and other characteristics of the sample declared as“antimony ore”.The characteristics of the sample are:yellow-brown fine powder,mainly composed of antimony,sulfur,sodium element,the main phase composition being sodium antimonate hydrate,containing a small amount of elemental sulfur and antimony oxygen.Compared with the characteristics of antimony ore,antimony bubble slag,sodium antimonate hydrate and sodium antimonate respectively,the sample did not match the characteristics of antimony ore and therefore was not antimony ore.The sample was consistent with the crude product of sodium antimonate hydrate produced by alkaline leaching wet process of antimony-containing minerals and actually was crude sodium antimonate hydrate.It could be used for the production of finished sodium antimonate hydrate.According to Article 3.6 of GB 34330-2017 General Principles of Solid Waste Identification Standards,it was determined that the sample was not solid waste.By establishing a method for characterization and identification of antimony-containing materials,it can provides technical support for the inspection and attribute identification of imported antimony-containing materials.
