农村定向公费医学生专业认同、履约倾向及其相关性研究 被引量:4

Professional identity and contract performance tendency of rural-oriented public-funded medical students and their correlation

摘要 目的了解农村定向公费医学生专业认同、履约倾向及其相关性,为完善农村定向公费医学生相关政策提供科学依据。方法采用《大学生专业认同量表》、《履约倾向调查表》对山东省济宁医学院、山东第一医科大学、滨州医学院三所高校1076名农村定向公费医学生开展问卷调查。结果农村定向公费医学生专业认同各维度得分由高到低依次为:情感性、认知性、行为性和适切性,其中性别、年级、考研倾向、学习动机明确与专业认同之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。农村定向公费医学生履约倾向各维度得分由高到低依次为:未来履约期间,我会离开医学行业;我经常想放弃学习医学专业;未来履约期间,我会离开定向签约单位;我想离开公费医学专业,转到其他医学专业(如基础临床等)。其中性别、年级、高考分数达到普通临床分数线、考研倾向、学习动机明确与履约倾向之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。农村定向公费医学生履约倾向总分与专业认同的4个维度均呈显著的正相关;多元线性回归结果显示,认知性、情感性、行为性对农村定向公费医学生履约倾向具有一定的正向预测作用。结论农村定向公费医学生履约倾向与专业认同各维度均呈显著正相关,专业认同中的认知性、情感性、行为性对履约倾向有显著正向预测作用。 Objective To explore the professional identity and contract performance tendency of rural-oriented public-funded medical students and their correlation,and to provide scientific basis for improving the relevant policies.Methods A total of 1076 rural-oriented public-funded medical students from Jining Medical Univeristy,Shandong First Medical University and Binzhou Medical College were surveyed by using the College Students'Professional Identity Scale and the Contract Performance Tendency Questionnaire.Results The scores of respective dimensions of professional identity of rural-oriented public-funded medical students from high to low were scores of affection,cognition,behaviors and applicableness.There were significant differences in gender,grade,tendency to pursue postgraduate education,and clear learning motivation(P<0.05).Respective dimensions of contract performance tendency of rural-oriented public-funded medical students scoring from high to low were as follows:during the future contract performance period,I will leave the medical industry,I often want to give up my study of medical specialties,during the future contract performance period,I will leave the targeted contract unit,and I want to transfer from the public-funded medical specialty to other medical specialties such as basic clinical medicine.Among them,there were significant differences in gender,grade,whether the college entrance examination score reaching the passing score of clinical medicine,tendency to pursue postgraduate education,and clear learning motivation(P<0.05).The total score of contract performance tendency of rural-oriented public-funded medical students was positively correlated with the four dimension scores of professional identity.Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that cognition,affection,and behaviors had a certain positive predictive effect on contract performance tendency of rural-oriented public-funded medical students.Conclusions The contract performance tendency of rural-oriented public-funded medical students is positively correlated with all dimensions of professional identity,and cognition,affection and behaviors of professional identity have significantly positive predictive effects on contract performance tendency.
