摘要
置信职业行为促进了胜任力导向的医学教育在日常医疗教学活动中的落实。目前我国EPA在住培系统中处于探索阶段,国内医疗工作者对置信职业行为的背景、构建、实施、培训以及评估方面存在一定的疑惑,文章将从以上内容进行全面深度阐述,并通过EPA案例加深对EPA探索性开展的理解。
Confidence-based professional behavior promotes the implementation of competence-based medical education in daily medical teaching activities.Currently,the Entrustable Professional Activities(EPA)in the residency training system in China is in the exploratory stage.Medical workers in China have some doubts about the background,construction,implementation,training,and evaluation of confidence-based professional behavior.This article will comprehensively and deeply expound on the above aspects,and deepen the understanding of the exploratory implementation of EPA through EPA case studies.
