摘要
目的:探讨基于SPOC的多元混合式教学模式在急诊医学课程教学中的应用效果。方法:选取昆明医科大学2015级临床和2016级全科专业的部分本科生为研究对象。采用基于SPOC的多元混合式教学模式开展理论课教学。统计期末考试成绩和翻转课堂成绩、线上作业成绩;在学期初和学期末进行教学满意度问卷调查。结果:学生的期末考试成绩为(74.00±7.85)分,成绩优良率达32.14%,理论课成绩优异。翻转课堂成绩为(90.41±8.06)分。线上作业的成绩为(83.56±5.61)分。问卷调查结果显示,学期末满意度问卷调查的各项指标均优于学期初(P<0.05)。结论:基于SPOC的多元混合式教学模式有助于提高学习成绩和教学满意度,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of SPOC-based multifaceted blended teaching model in teaching emergency medicine courses.Methods:Some undergraduate students from the 2015 class of clinical and 2016 class of general medicine in Kunming Medical University were selected as the study subjects.Results:The SPOC-based multiple hybrid teaching model was used to teach the theoretical classes.The final exam scores and flipped classroom scores and online assignment scores were counted;teaching satisfaction questionnaires were conducted at the beginning and end of the semester.The students'final exam score was(74.00±7.85),with a good rate of 32.14%and excellent performance in the theory class.The score of the flipped classroom was(90.41±8.06).The grade of online homework was(83.56±5.61).The results of the questionnaire showed that all indicators of the satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the semester were better than those at the beginning of the semester(P<0.05).Conclusions:The SPOC-based multivariate blended teaching model helps to improve learning performance and teaching satisfaction,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
