摘要 目的:探讨PBL结合翻转课堂在PICU临床护理教学的应用效果。方法:选择2019年9月至2019年12月在某院PICU病房实习的2018级护理专科班62名护生为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各31名,对照组采用传统的教学方法,试验组采用PBL结合翻转课堂教学模式开展教学,观察两组护生进行考试成绩、自我评价和教学满意度。结果:试验组护生的理论成绩、操作成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护生的学习动机、计划和实施、自我管理、人际沟通均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护生教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合翻转课堂在PICU临床护理教学的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with flipped classroom in PICU clinical nursing teaching.Methods:Sixty-two nursing students from the 2018 nursing specialty class who practiced in the PICU ward of a hospital from September 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each with 31 students.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods The experimental group used PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching mode to carry out teaching,and observed the test scores,self-evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students.Results:The theoretical and operational performances of the nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P0.05);the learning motivation,planning and implementation,self-management,and interpersonal communication of the nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:PBL combined with flipped classroom has a significant application effect in PICU clinical nursing teaching,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
