压缩机吸气消声器传递损失的研究

Study of Transmission Loss of Compressor Suction Muffler

应用Solidedge软件建立压缩机吸气消声器的三维声学模型,应用Hypermesh软件对三维声学模型进行网格划分,进而应用LMS.Virtual.Lab软件进行传递损失仿真分析。对压缩机吸气消声器的传递损失进行测试,并与仿真分析结果进行对比,为提高压缩机吸气消声器设计效率,降低设计成本提供参考。

Solidedge software was used to establish the three-dimensional acoustic model of the compressor suction muffler,and the three-dimensional acoustic model was meshed by Hypermesh software,and then LMS.Virtual.Lab software was applied for simulation analysis of transmission loss.The transmission loss of compressor suction muffler was tested and compared with the simulation analysis results,which provided a reference for improving the design efficiency of compressor suction muffler and reducing design cost.
