摘要
采用粉末冶金工业推舟炉对Fe-Cu-C、Fe-Cu-Ni-Mo-C、Fe-Mo-C生坯在1100、1140、1180、1200、1220℃5个不同温度下进行烧结,采用金相显微镜和电子显微镜观察金相及断口形貌,研究了不同烧结温度对试样硬度、断裂强度、金相和断口形貌的影响。实验结果表明:1100、1140℃等温度对上述合金的硬度和强度影响较小。而在1100~1220℃,随着烧结温度的提高,Fe-Mo-C、Fe-Cu-Ni-C断裂强度随烧结温度的升高而增加,烧结温度超过1180℃时,Fe-Cu-C材料的断裂强度随烧结温度升高而降低。
In this paper,Fe-Cu-C,Fe-Cu-Ni-Mo-C and Fe-Mo-C green were sintered at five different temperatures of 1100,1140,1180,1200 and 1220℃ in a powder metallurgy industrial furnace.The metallographic and fracture morphology were observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of different sintering temperatures on the hardness,fracture strength,metallography and fracture morphology of the samples were studied.The experimental results show that temperature at 1100℃ and 1140℃ have little influence on the hardness and strength of the above alloy between 1100℃ and 1220℃,the fracture strength of Fe-Mo-C and Fe-Cu-Ni-C increases with the increase of sintering temperature.When the sintering temperature exceeds 1180℃,the fracture strength of Fe-Cu-C materials decreases with the increase of sintering temperature.
