氟铃脲在青蒜、蒜薹及大蒜中的残留分析及膳食风险评估

Residue analysis and dietary risk assessment of hexaflumuron in garlic sprout,garlic scape and garlic bulbs

摘要 [目的]建立了液相色谱质谱联用检测青蒜、蒜薹、大蒜中氟铃脲残留的分析方法,并对氟铃脲在青蒜、蒜薹、大蒜中的残留及对人体的膳食摄入风险进行了探讨。[方法]样品用水和乙腈提取,盐析分层后上清液用液相色谱质谱联用仪测定分析。[结果]5%氟铃脲乳油,按照用药量450 g a.i./hm^(2)于大蒜蒜蛆发生初期根部喷淋施药1次。1年6地试验结果表明:采收间隔期为7 d时,青蒜中氟铃脲的残留量在<0.02~0.22 mg/kg之间;蒜薹中氟铃脲的残留量在<0.02~0.038 mg/kg之间。采收间隔期为10 d时,青蒜中氟铃脲的残留量在<0.02~0.074 mg/kg之间;蒜薹中氟铃脲的残留量在<0.02~0.086 mg/kg之间;收获期大蒜中氟铃脲的残留量均小于方法的定量限(0.02 mg/kg)。长期膳食风险评估结果表明氟铃脲在我国所有登记作物中风险商RQ值为0.007 687,远远低于1。[结论]按照推荐剂量使用,氟铃脲在青蒜、蒜薹、大蒜中的残留量不会对我国一般人群的健康产生影响。 [Aims]A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)analytical method was developed to determine the residual amount of hexaflumuron in garlic sprout,garlic scape and garlic bulbs.The residue of hexaflumuron in garlic sprout,garlic scape and garlic bulbs and its dietary intake risk to the human body were discussed.[Methods]The sample was extracted with water and acetonitrile,and the supernatant was analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry after salting-out and stratification.[Results]Hexaflumuron 5%emulsifiable concentrate was sprayed once at the root of garlic at the early stage of garlic maggots occurrence according to the dosage of 450 g a.i./ha.The results of 6 experiments in a year showed that when the harvest interval was 7 d,the residual amount of hexaflumuron in garlic sprout was<0.02-0.22 mg/kg,while that in garlic scape was<0.02-0.038 mg/kg;When the harvest interval was 10 d,the residual amount ofhexaflumuron in garlic sprout was<0.02-0.074 mg/kg,while that in garlic scape was<0.02-0.086 mg/kg;The residual amount of hexaflumuron in garlic bulbs during harvest was less than the quantitative limit of the method(0.02 mg/kg).The results of long-term dietary risk assessment showed that the risk quotient RQ value of hexaflumuron in all registered crops in China was 0.007687,which was far lower than 1.[Conclusions]At the recommended dosage,the residual amount of hexaflumuron in garlic sprout,garlic scape and garlic bulbs will not affect the health of the general population in China.
