78%氰霜唑·王铜水分散粒剂对葡萄霜霉病的田间防效初报

Field control effect of cyazofamid·copper oxychloride 78%WG on grape downy mildew:a preliminary report

摘要 [目的]为解决葡萄霜霉病对常规防治药剂抗药性问题,选用新配方杀菌剂——78%氰霜唑·王铜水分散粒剂,验证其对葡萄安全性以及对葡萄霜霉病的防治效果,旨在为生产上应用提供科学依据。[方法]采用常规喷雾法,于2019—2021年,分别在浙江金华、山东青岛及湖南长沙露地葡萄园进行田间药效试验。[结果]78%氰霜唑·王铜水分散粒剂263.25~351 g a.i./hm^(2)对葡萄霜霉病有着良好的防治效果,2次施药后7 d防效均在84%以上,3次施药后14 d防效均在89%以上。其中78%氰霜唑·王铜水分散粒剂351 g a.i./hm^(2)与10%氟噻唑吡乙酮可分散油悬浮剂33.75 g a.i./hm^(2)防效最好,达到88%以上,2者差异不显著;78%氰霜唑·王铜水分散粒剂263.25 g a.i./hm^(2)防效超过84%,优于市面主流杀菌剂100 g/L氰霜唑悬浮剂33.75 g a.i./hm^(2)以及687.5 g/L氟菌·霜霉威悬浮剂464.06 g a.i./hm^(2),但3者差异不显著。78%氰霜唑·王铜水分散粒剂263.25、351 g a.i./hm^(2)均显著优于68.75%酮·锰锌水分散粒剂464.06 g a.i./hm^(2)。试验期间均未发现药害,说明78%氰霜唑·王铜水分散粒剂在供试剂量下对葡萄安全。[结论]78%氰霜唑·王铜水分散粒剂是一种防治葡萄霜霉病较好的新配方药剂,可以在葡萄生产中推广应用。 [Aims]The study aims to solve the resistance of grape downy mildew to conventional fungicides,selecting a new type of multi-site fungicidecyazofamid·copper oxychloride 78%WG,verifying its safety to grape and the control effect on grape downy mildew,so as to provide scientific basis for application in production.[Methods]From 2019 to 2021,field efficacy tests were carried out in Jinhua,Zhejiang Province,Qingdao,Shandong Province and Changsha,Hunan Province vineyards with conventional spray method.[Results]Cyazofamid·copper oxychloride 78%WG 263.25-351 g a.i./ha had excellent effects on grape downy mildew,the prevention effect was more than 84%on day 7 after the 2^(nd) application,and more than 89%on day 14 after the 3^(rd) application.Cyazofamid·copper oxychloride 78%WG 351 g a.i./ha and 10%oxathiapiprolin OD 33.75 g a.i./ha had the best control effect(above 88%)with no significant difference between them;cyazofamid·copper oxychloride 78%WG 263.25 g a.i./ha has a control effect over 84%,which is superior to the mainstream fungicides on the market like cyazofamid 100 g/L SC 33.75 g a.i./ha and fluopicolide'propamocarb 687.5 g/L SC 464.06 g a.i./ha,but the difference was not significant.Cyazofamid·copper oxychloride 78%WG 351 g a.i./ha and 263.25 g a.i./ha treatments were significantly better than famoxadone:mancozeb 68.75%WG 464.06 g a.i./ha.No phytotoxicity was found during the test,indicating that cyazofamid·copper oxychloride 78%WG was safe for grapes at the test dosages.[Conclusions]Cyazofamid·copper oxychloride 78%WG is an ideal agent to control grape downy mildew,and can be popularized and applied in grape production.
