本研究系统地介绍了草莓病毒病的危害和传播途径,阐述了草莓种苗脱毒技术的原理和方法,包括组织培养、化学处理、热处理和病毒检测等技术手段。同时,详细阐述了草莓种苗繁育技术的研究进展,包括常规繁育、组织培养繁育和基因工程繁育等方面,分别介绍了各种技术的原理、优缺点和应用前景。并进一步对草莓种苗脱毒及繁育技术的未来发展趋势和研究方向进行了展望,强调了其在草莓产业中的重要性和应用前景。本研究系统地总结了草莓种苗脱毒及繁育技术的研究进展,希望能为草莓种苗的工厂化生产以及相关领域的研究提供理论依据及指导。
This study introduces the harm and transmission routes of strawberry virus disease,and elaborates on the principles and methods of strawberry seedling virus elimination technology,including tissue culture,chemical treatment,heat treatment,and virus detection.At the same time,the research progress of strawberry seedling breeding technology is elaborated in detail,including conventional breeding,tissue culture breeding,and genetic engineering breeding,respectively introducing the principles,advantages and disadvantages,and application prospects of various technologies.Furthermore,the future development trends and research directions of strawberry seedling virus elimination and breeding technologies are discussed,emphasizing their importance and application prospects in the strawberry industry.This study systematically summarizes the research progress of strawberry seedling virus elimination and breeding technologies,hoping to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the industrialized production of strawberry seedlings and related research fields.
