大通县暴雨灾害风险评价及区划

RISK A SSESSMENT AND REGIONALIZATION OF RAINSTORM DISA STER IN DATONG COUNTY

为建立健全大通地区气象灾害风险评估指标体系,建立分类型、分区域、分层级的气象灾害风险数据库以及多尺度风险识别、风险评估、风险制图、风险区划的技术方法和模型库,建立完善气象灾害风险预警和评估业务。通过统计大通县1978~2020年气象观测数据,以气象数据、社会经济数据和地理信息数据为基础,综合考虑暴雨的致灾危险性、致灾因子、暴雨过程强度等,对暴雨灾害风险进行评估和区划。结果表明:大通县高致灾危险性区主要位于桥头镇、东峡镇、长宁镇、朔北乡、黄家寨镇、景阳镇等地;宝库乡和青林乡部分地区为低致灾危险性区。

In order to establish and improve the meteorological disaster risk assessment index system in Datong,establish the meteorological disaster risk database of different types,regions and levels,and the technical methods and model base of multi-scale risk identification,risk assessment,risk mapping and risk zoning,establishing and improving meteorological disaster risk early warning and assessment business.Based on the statistics of meteorological observation data of Datong County for many years from 1978 to 2020 and meteorological data,socio economic data and geographic information data,the disaster risk of rainstorm,disaster factors,rainstorm process intensity,etc.are comprehensively considered to assess and regionalize the disaster risk of rainstorm.The results show that the high-risk areas of Datong County are mainly located in Qiaotou Town,Dongxia Town,Changning Town,Shuobei Township,Huangjiazhai Town,Jingyang Town,etc;Some areas of Baoku Township and Qinglin Township are low-hazard areas.
