小儿ECMO脑损伤的特点及监测

Characteristics and monitoring of brain injury in children with extra corporeal membrane oxygenation

摘要 随着体外膜氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)设备和技术的不断进步,ECMO在婴幼儿疾病谱中的适应证越来越广泛。虽然ECMO显著提高了患儿生存率,但它与大量并发症相关,其中脑损伤是最主要、最严重的并发症,其发生率为8%~20%。本文就小儿ECMO中脑损伤的特点、脑功能的监测手段等做一综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。 With the continuous updating of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)equipment and technology,its indications have expanded extensively in the spectrum of infantile diseases.Although ECMO significantly improves survival rate,it is associated with a large number of complications.And brain injury is the most important and serious complication with an incidence of 8%to 20%.This review summarized the characteristics of brain injury in children with ECMO and the monitoring methods of brain function to provide references for clinical practices.
