摘要 为减小因电缆中间接头发生火灾爆炸对市政设施和周边电缆及人身安全造成的影响,仿照防火防爆服的工作原理,采用柔性石墨填充、多种材质、多层排列、三维编织技术,研制出可承受电缆接头爆炸瞬间等量的冲击波超压力的电缆中间接头综合防护装置。对该防护装置进行了力学、耐冲击、耐腐蚀、耐老化、耐火等性能测试,试验结果表明,该装置具有柔性结构,性能满足实际工程需要,安装便捷,可以满足各种复杂安装环境。 In order to reduce the serious impact of fire explosion on municipal facilities and surrounding ca⁃bles and personal safety caused by the fire and explosion-proof joint of the cable,imitating the working prin⁃ciple of fireproof and explosion-proof clothing,using flexible graphite filling,various materials,multi-layer arrangement,three-dimensional weaving technology,a comprehensive protective device for the cable inter⁃mediate joint that can withstand the same amount of shock wave overpressure at the moment of explosion of the cable joint was developed.The mechanical,impact resistance,corrosion resistance,aging resistance,fire resistance and other properties of the protective device were tested.The test results show that the protec⁃tive device has a flexible structure,the performance can meet the needs of practical engineering,convenient installation,can meet a variety of complex installation environment.
