羽绒水分率的影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Down Moisture Content

探讨羽绒水分率影响因素,具体分析不同存贮环境和不同包装袋(PE袋、编织袋、涤纶袋)对羽绒水分率的影响。通过试验数据表明,相同条件下,PE袋包装的样品水分率变化最小;相同包装方式下,样品存放在恒温间比存放在室温间时变化幅度小。由此可见,存贮环境和包装袋对羽绒水分率有一定的影响。同时,建议试验测试羽绒水分率应尽快取样并测试;客户送样的羽绒包装袋优选PE袋并且密封;试验室羽绒样品存贮条件优选恒温间。

The factors affecting the moisture content of down were discussed,and the effects of different storage environments and different packaging bags(PE bags,woven bags,polyester cloth bags)on the moisture content of down were analyzed.The experimental data show that the moisture content of the sample packed in PE bags has the smallest change under the same conditions;Under the same packaging method,the change range of samples stored in a constant temperature room is smaller than that stored at room temperature.It can be seen that the storage environment and packaging bag have a certain impact on the moisture content of down.At the same time,it is suggested that the moisture content of down should be sampled and tested as soon as possible.The down packing bag sent by the customer is preferably PE bag and sealed.The storage conditions of down samples in the laboratory are preferably constant temperature room.
