摘要 采用气相色谱法研究不同柑橘品种基质效应对5种有机磷农药残留值的影响。通过对比不同柑橘品种基质中5种有机磷农药在0.05、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8μg/mL 5个浓度水平标准曲线下的响应值,发现基质效应的强弱与农药品种、柑橘品种关联较大,不同柑橘品种中农药基质效应有较大差别。氧乐果在5种柑橘样品基质中均呈现强基质效应,甲胺磷、乐果、甲基对硫磷、三唑磷在5种柑橘样品基质中均呈现中等基质效应。相比其他四个品种的柑橘,‘塔罗科血橙’在甲胺磷、氧乐果、乐果、甲基对硫磷、三唑磷5种农药中基质效应最强。 The effect of matrix effect in different citrus for 5 organophosphorus pesticide residues was studied by gas chromatography.By comparing the response value of 5 organophosphorus pesticides in the different citrus matrices under the standard curve of 5 concentrations at 0.05,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8μg/mL,it was found that the strength of the matrix effect was closely related to the pesticide variety and citrus variety,and there were significant differences in the matrix effect of pesticide among different citrus variety.Omethoate showed strong matrix effect in 5 kinds of citrus samples,while methamidophos,dimethoate,parathion-methyl and triazophos showed medium matrix effect in 5 kinds of citrus samples.Compared to the other four varieties of citrus,‘Tarocco’had the strongest matrix effect among five pesticides of methamidophos,omethoate,dimethoate,parathion-methyl and triazophos.
