课程思政建设同时兼顾课程建设和思想建设两个方面,在两者融合的过程中是否能够实现课程思政的有效性结果需要深入探讨。高校课程思政建设有效性受课程体系、教育教学、制度机制等多方面因素的影响,这些因素的相互作用是一个博弈的过程,要妥善处理各要素之间关系,寻找博弈的最优解。提出要以制度建设为保障、内容建设为方法、激励机制建设为动力,并利用完善的评价机制检验课程思政的效果。通过多管齐下,使各类课程与思政课程同向同行,构建全员全程全方位育人大格局。
