新阶段云南省红河州动物诊疗机构发展现状及问题分析

Analysis on the Development and Shortcomings of Animal Diagnosis and Treatment Institutions in Honghe,Yunnan

随着经济社会的快速发展,人们对宠物的需求越来越多,随之对诊疗行业诊疗水平以及监管部门监督管理能力提出了更高要求。本文结合云南省红河州实际,分析了动物诊疗机构中存在的诊疗设施不健全、场所布局不合理,诊疗水平较低,以及法律法规配套不完善、监管人员能力不强等问题,提出了建立健全相关法律法规、强化部门联动、健全监管检查制度以及提升动物诊疗机构诊疗水平和监管部门监管能力等对策,以期为红河州动物诊疗机构监管工作提供参考。

People's needs for pets have increased with rapid development of economic society,followed by more requirements for service quality of animal diagnosis and treatment institutions and the capacity of supervision and management of regulatory authorities.Based on the practices in Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province,the shortcomings available in such institutions were analyzed,including lack of facilities for diagnosis and treatment,unreasonable premise layout,low level of diagnosis and treatment.Also,other problems such as imperfect supporting laws and regulations and poor capacity of supervision personnel were analyzed,then countermeasures were proposed accordingly,such as establishing and improving relevant laws and regulations,strengthening coordination among departments,improving the supervision and inspection system,upgrading the level of diagnosis and treatment and strengthening the supervision capacity of supervision departments,with a view to proving a reference for future supervision over animal diagnosis and treatment institutions in Honghe Prefecture.
