复合制剂对烟草低温早花的改善及烤烟成分的影响

Effects of a Compound Preparation on the Improvement of Tobacco Early-Flowering Induced by Low Temperature and the Main Quality Components of Flue-Cured Tobacco

摘要 通过盆栽试验和大田试验,研究了一种抗冷复合制剂(生理活性物质)对烟草低温早花响应的改善和对烤烟品质主要成分的影响。结果表明:该复合制剂能明显推迟低温所诱导的K326、云烟87烟株现蕾开花时间5 d左右,并能促进烟草植株的发育,使得烟株的有效叶片数增加3片左右,株高、最大叶长和宽均明显提高。在采收期采集盆栽试验及大田试验中成熟烟叶制成烤烟,分析检测其品质成分,结果显示该复合制剂对烤烟主要品质成份无不良影响。 In this experiment,the pot experiment and field experiment were conducted to study the effect of an anti-cold compound preparation(physiological active substance)on the improvement of tobacco early-flowering response to low temperature and the main quality components of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that the compound preparation could significantly delay the flowering time of K326 and Yunyan 87 tobacco plants induced by low temperature for about 5 d,and promote the growth and development of tobacco plants,so that the effective number of leaves of tobacco plants increased by about 3,and the plant height,the biggest leaf length and width were significantly increased.During the harvest period,the mature tobacco leaves in the pot experiment and field experiment were collected to make flue-cured tobacco,the quality components were analyzed and determined,and the results showed that the compound preparation had no adverse effect on the main quality components of flue-cured tobacco.
