摘要
工程船舶在海况条件相对较差、受中长周期波浪影响的海域作业时,其作业窗口期一般较短,通常会降低施工工效,严重时也会引发系泊系统破坏或船舶倾覆事故。为了有效地解决这类问题,以海力801打桩船为例,采用水动力AQWA软件对该船舶在南美某海域风浪流共同作用下的运动响应以及系缆受力进行数值模拟,研究了不同水深、抛锚缆长度和预张力等参数对船舶运动的影响。计算结果表明,在深水区系泊有助于缓解船舶的纵横摇运动;抛锚缆长度选取6~10倍水深时,船舶运动响应和系泊系统整体受力较小;横摇运动对预张力的变化较为敏感,但是预张力对纵摇运动几乎没有影响。
The operating window period of engineering ship is relatively short during their operations under the influence of long and medium period waves and in relatively severe sea conditions,which will generally reduce the working efficiency and,in more serious cases,cause also damage to the mooring system or capsizing of a piling ship.Floating pile driver Haili 801 is taken as an example for analysis in order to effectively solve such problems.AQWA is used to numerically simulate the dynamic response and the force on the mooring lines of the piling ship due to the integral action of winds,currents and waves in a South American sea area.The effects of different parameters including water depths,mooring line length and pretension on the motion response of the ship are studied.The results show that mooring in deeper waters will reduce pitch and roll motion of the ship;the motion response and the forces on the mooring system are smaller when the cable length is 6 to 10 times the water depth;and the roll motion is sensitive to the change of pretension,but pretension has lttle effect on pitch motion.
