新时代师范生专业伦理教育的现实困境及其破解路径 被引量:1

摘要 师范生专业伦理教育是推进教师队伍专业化建设的基本途径,是促进师范生实现自身专业发展的内在要求,也是帮助师范生履行教育教学使命的客观需要。当前,在师范生的专业伦理教育中,存在教育目标过分追求传统、课程内容体系尚不完善、教育方式浅显单一、实践环节有所缺失和专业伦理素养难以考察等问题。基于现实困境,提出师范院校应明确教师专业伦理教育的重要价值,采取优化课程内容设置、加强教学方法的应用性与实践性、重视在实践中培养专业伦理素养并完善相关评价机制等破解路径,以切实开展新时代师范生专业伦理教育进而提升其专业伦理素养。 The professional ethics education of teaching majors is the basic way to promote the professional construction of teaching staff,the internal requirement for promoting the professional development of teaching majors,and the objective need to help teaching majors fulfill their educational and teaching mission.At present,in the professional ethics education of teaching majors,there are some problems,such as the excessive pursuit of tradition in educational objectives,the imperfect curriculum content system,the single educational method,the lack of practical links and the difficulty in investigating professional ethics literacy.On the basis of the realistic dilemma,it is proposed that normal colleges and universities should clarify the important value of professional ethics education for teaching majors,and adopt paths such as optimizing the content setting of relevant courses,strengthening the applicability and practicality of teaching methods,attaching importance to cultivating professional ethics literacy in practice and perfecting relevant evaluation mechanism,so as to develop the professional theoretical education of teaching majors in the new era to improve their professional theoretical literacy.
