上海轨道交通1号线01A07型列车车轮轮缘异常磨耗分析

摘要 上海轨道交通1号线01A07型列车车轮存在轮缘异常磨耗情况,既影响列车运行安全,又增加维修成本,需研究解决车轮轮缘异常磨耗问题。基于上海轨道交通1号线01A07型列车轮缘实测数据,分析了该型列车的轮缘厚度和轮缘综合值,分析结果表明,该型列车车轮的主要磨耗为轮缘磨耗,且左右车轮轮缘磨耗不均匀,左侧磨耗较右侧严重。基于轮缘厚度、轮缘高度、轮径和运营里程构建了Kriging模型,并用该模型对车轮各参数进行预测,结果表明,该模型能对车轮参数进行预测,预测结果具有一定的理论参考性,但模型是在理想状况下进行拟合的,且拟合的样本本身存在一定误差,因此个别预测数据误差较大,整体预测精度待提高。最后给出了改善车轮偏磨现象和解决模型预测精度问题的建议。 The wheel flange abnormal wear of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 101A07-type train not only affects train operation safety but also increases maintenance costs.Therefore,it is necessary to study and solve the wheel flange abnormal wear problem.Based on the field-measured data of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 101A07-type train wheel flanges,the wheel flange thickness and the wheel flange comprehensive value of this train type are analyzed.Analysis results show that the main wear of the this type of train wheel is flange wear,and the left and right wheel flanges are unevenly worn,with the left side more severely worn than the right side.A Kriging model is constructed based on the flange thickness,flange height,wheel diameter,and operating mileage,and the model is used to predict various wheel parameters.The results show that the model can predict wheel parameters,and the prediction results have a level of theoretical reference value.However,the model is fitted under ideal conditions,and the samples used for fitting have some degree of errors.So few predicted data may have large errors,and the overall prediction accuracy needs to be improved.Finally,suggestions are given for improving the phenomenon of uneven wheel wear and solving the model prediction accuracy problem.
