城市轨道交通直流开关智能故障分析

摘要 随着城市轨道交通线网规模的发展,对供电系统设备的可靠性提出了更高的要求,故障处置能力成为影响安全运营的重要因素。设备之间存在紧密联系,故障现象与故障原因会存在大量关联关系,同一个故障诱因会导致多个故障表现,同一个故障现象也有可能是由不同故障诱因引起的,因此需研究故障诱因与故障现象之间的关联关系。基于上海轨道交通直流开关故障数据进行关联规则分析,挖掘设备故障形成机理,探索智能故障分析模式。该研究结果有助于运维人员了解直流开关在何种外部条件下更容易发生故障,能够解决目前故障定位不准、设备维护不全面、效率低等问题,有助于完善相关维护策略和智能故障分析体系、合理配置抢修人员和设备。 As urban rail transit line network continues to expand,higher demands have been placed on the reliability of power supply system equipment,and fault-handling ability has become an important factor affecting operation safety.There is a close relationship between equipment,and there are many correlations between fault phenomena and causes.The same cause of a fault can lead to multiple fault phenomena,and the same fault phenomenon may be caused by different causes.Therefore,it is necessary to study the correlation between fault causes and fault phenomena.Based on the correlation rule analysis of the Shanghai rail transit DC switchgear fault data,the equipment fault formation mechanism is explored,and an intelligent fault analysis mode is explored.The research results can help operation-maintenance personnel to understand the external conditions under which DC switchgears are more prone to faults,and can solve problems such as inaccurate fault location,incomplete equipment maintenance,and low efficiency.It can also help to improve relevant maintenance strategies and intelligent fault analysis systems and to allocate repair personnel and equipment more reasonably.
