列车制动系统EP2002制动控制单元故障原因分析与预防维修措施

摘要 近几年,上海轨道交通13A02型列车EP2002制动控制单元故障频繁,影响列车运营安全,需分析其故障原因并提出预防维修措施。统计了EP2002制动控制单元的故障数量,分析了故障原因。结果表明:EP2002制动控制单元内部电磁阀动作次数过高是导致EP2002制动控制单元故障率高的根本原因;电磁阀使用寿命预警值定在3800万次能够有效保证列车运营的安全性。提出优化控制逻辑、增加故障预警功能、Tc(带司机室的拖车)车与M(动车)车G阀对换作业、制动回路硬线整改多项合理化维护保养建议,并且优化了检修模式,可实现EP2002制动控制单元的预防维修。 In recent years,the EP2002 brake control unit of Shanghai rail transit 13A02-type train has experienced frequent faults,affecting train operation safety,which requires cause analysis of the faults and suggestions of preventive maintenance measures.The number of EP2002 brake control unit faults is counted and the fault causes are analyzed.Results show that the high number of solenoid valve actions is the root cause of the EP2002 brake control unit high failure rate,and train operation safety can be effectively guaranteed if the early-warning value of solenoid valve service life is set at 38 million times.Some reasonable maintenance suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing control logic,adding fault early-warning function,interchanging G valve between Tc car and M car,and retifying the brake circuit hard wiring,and the maintenance mode is optimized,which can realize EP2002 brake control unit preventive maintenance.
