摘要
内燃工程车是城市轨道交通线路施工、设备维修、车场调车等作业的重要设备,需要通过信息化改造提升其可靠性和可用性。从数据采集和传输方法、软件逻辑及新增硬件设备安装等方面介绍了内燃工程车信息化改造的具体项目,从维修预警、关联故障分析、大数据支持、案例学习等方面分析了信息化改造后的应用效果。工程车信息化改造完成后,可为故障判断、优化修程、新车采购、架大修维修方案等提供数据支持。
Internal combustion engineering vehicles are important equipment for urban rail transit operations such as line construction,equipment maintenance,yard shunting,the reliability and availability of which needs to be improved through informationization transformation.The specific projects of informationization transformation for internal combustion engineering vehicles are introduced from the aspects including data collection and transmission methods,software logic,and new hardware equipment installation.The application effect of informationization transformation are analyzed from aspects such as maintenance early-warning,related fault analysis,big data support,case study.After the completion of the engineering vehicle informationization transformation,data support can be provided for fault diagnosis,maintenance schedule optimization,new vehicle procurement,and overhaul maintenance plan.
