摘要 传统的车辆空调运维模式难以适应城市轨道交通网络化时期大规模车辆空调运维的要求,存在诸多问题,通过空调智能运维系统可实现空调系统的状态修。分析了目前传统车辆空调运维模式中存在的问题,介绍了上海轨道交通1号线车辆空调系统组成及维修成本。基于上海轨道交通1号线空调系统的实际情况,进行相关的硬件改造和软件开发,建立了空调智能运维系统。应用验证表明,该系统可实现基于信息化的部件状态监控、故障报警、故障预警和寿命预警。 The conventional vehicle air-conditioner maintenance mode has difficulty in meeting the requirements of large-scale vehicle air-conditioner maintenance in the urban rail transit networking era,and many problems are coming to existence.An intelligent air-conditioner operation and maintenance system can be used to achieve the status repair of air-conditioning systems.The problems existing in the current operation and maintenance mode of the conventional vehicle air-conditioning system are analyzed,and the composition and maintenance cost of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 vehicle air-conditioning system are introduced.Based on the actual situation of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 air-conditioning system,the hardware transformation and software development are carried out to establish an intelligent air-conditioner operation and maintenance system.Application verification shows that the system can realize information-based monitoring of component status,fault alarms,fault early-warnings and lifespan early-warnings.
