摘要
上海轨道交通2号线信号系统由TBTC(基于轨道电路的列车控制)系统改造为CBTC(基于通信的列车控制)系统,需对车辆控制系统进行适应性改造,其中MVB(多功能车辆总线)网络的适应性改造是重点。介绍了MVB双绞线冗余结构、改造后的列车通信网络及列车诊断以太网,02A01车列车控制系统硬件设备改造项点和各子系统设备安装中的重点事项,以及列车控制网络中各子系统失效情况下的列车防护方案。2号线信号系统升级工程的车辆配套改造工程--车辆控制系统的适应性改造完成后,极大地提高了车辆的可用性,能够满足新增CBTC系统与列车进行数据交互的需求,同时实现了车辆控制系统对牵引、制动、车门、PIS(乘客信息系统)等子系统的控制。
The signaling system of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 2 has been reconstructed from TBTC(track-circuit based train control)system to CBTC(communications-based train control)system,which requires adaptive reconstruction of vehicle control system and the adaptive construction of MVB(multi-functional vehicle bus)network is the key.The redundant structure of MVB twisted pair wire,the reconstructed train communication network and train diagnostic Ethernet,the hardware equipment reconstruction key points of control system on 02A01 model vehicle,the equipment installation key points of each subsystem,and the train protection scheme in case of control network subsystem failure are introduced.After completing the reconstruction of Line 2 signaling system upgrading ancillary project-adaptive reconstruction of vehicle control system,the availability of vehicles is greatly improved,meeting the requirements of data interaction between the new CBTC system and the train while realizing the control of the vehicle control system on subsystems such as traction,braking,vehicle door,PIS(passenger information system).
