恶劣工况下高密封性轴承座优化设计

摘要 为解决悬臂式取料机悬皮机构滚筒在线运行不稳定,易发生串轴、轴承损坏等故障的问题,针对改向滚筒轴承座优化设计了轴承座、轴承型号。设计优化后,可提升轴承座密封水平,扩展润滑油腔空间。应用表明,轴承座运行平稳,可提升设备运行完好率。 In order to solve the problem that the roller of the hanging skin mechanism of the cantilever reloader runs unstable on line and is prone to failure such as string shaft and bearing damage,the bearing seat and bearing model are optimized for the reversing roller bearing seat.After the design optimization,the seal level of the bearing seat can be increased,and the lubricating oil cavity space can be expanded.The application shows that the bearing seat runs smoothly and can improve the operation integrity rate of the equipment.
