基于自组织理论的科技人才生态系统构成与演化机制研究

摘要 基于生态系统理论分析科技人才生态系统的构成要素,并基于自组织理论分析其自组织演化机理,利用Lotka-Volterra改进模型对其演化路径及结果进行推理,通过生态位计算结果分析五省市科技人才生态系统竞争状况。研究发现:科技人才生态系统是以科技人才为核心的科技资源与其所处的环境所形成的统一体,其演化过程具有自组织的特性,包含4条演化路径与3种演化结果;北京、上海、广东、江苏、山东五省市科技人才生态系统竞争力排名为江苏、广东、北京、上海、山东。 Based on the ecological systems theory,this paper analyzes the constituent elements of the scientific and technological talent ecosystem,and analyzes its self-organization evolution mechanism based on the self-organization theory.It uses the Lotka-Volterra improved model to infer its evolution path and results,and analyzes the competition situation of the scientific and technological talent ecosystem in five provinces and municipalities through the ecological niche calculation results.The research has found that the scientific and technological talent ecosystem is a unified entity formed by technology resources and their environment,with scientific and technological talents as the core.Its evolution process has self-organizing characteristics,including four evolution paths and three evolution results.The competitiveness ranking of the scientific and technological talent ecosystem in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Jiangsu,and Shandong is Jiangsu,Guangdong,Beijing,Shanghai,and Shandong.
