Pragmatic Characteristics and Solutions of College Students’Social Media Impoliteness

不礼貌话语在社交媒体中屡见不鲜。研究通过调查问卷和语料分析探究了2020年初大学生社交媒体中不礼貌语用特征。结果表明,大学生社交媒体中礼貌语用意识薄弱,男、女生社交媒体不礼貌语用意识具有显著性差异(P<0.01);大学生最常使用的是直接性不礼貌策略和积极不礼貌策略,直接性不礼貌策略在中、英文语料中具有显著性差异(P<0.05);大学生社交媒体不礼貌话语具有生成多样性。本研究针对结论提出培养大学生语用能力的相关建议。

Impolite comments are a common occurrence on social media.This study investigated the pragmatic characteristics of impoliteness in college students’social media in early 2020 by means of questionnaire and corpus analysis.The results showed that college students’pragmatic awareness of social media impoliteness is weak,and there was significant differences between male and female students’pragmatic awareness of social media impoliteness(P<0.01).Bald on Record Impoliteness strategy and Positive Impoliteness strategy were the most common strategies used by college students,and Bald on Record Impoliteness strategy had significant difference between Chinese and English corpus(P<0.05).The impoliteness of college students in social media had a generation diversity.In view of the conclusion,some suggestions were put forward to cultivate college students’pragmatic competence.
