依托学校“双高计划”建设,加强档案工作智慧化

Strengthening the Intelligentization Construction of Archives Management under the Background of“Double High Plan”

在高职院校教育教学工作中,档案管理工作的重要性是不言而喻的。随着信息时代的发展,高职院校档案管理工作也开始朝着智慧化的方向发展。随着我国职业教育不断发展,尤其是中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的建设发展,对高职院校档案管理提出了更高的要求。因此,在学校“双高计划”建设下,加强档案工作智慧化建设发展显得非常重要。基于此,对依托学校“双高计划”建设,加强档案工作智慧化建设发展进行了分析探讨,在介绍了高职院校智慧化档案管理基本特征的基础上,对现阶段我国高职院校档案管理工作智慧化发展中存在问题进行分析探讨,提出了学校“双高计划”建设下,加强高职院校档案工作智慧化发展的有效建议和方法。以期提高高职院校智慧化档案管理的质量和水平,推动高职院校档案工作智慧化管理的健康发展。

In the teaching work of higher vocational colleges,the importance of archives management is obvious.With the development of the information age,the archives management in higher vocational colleges has also begun to develop towards the direction of intelligence.In addition,with the continuous development of China’s vocational education,especially the construction and development of“Double High Plan”,higher requirements are put forward for the archives management of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,under the construction of the“Double High Plan”,it is very important to strengthen the intelligentization construction and development of archival work.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses how to strengthen the intelligentization construction and development of archives work relying on the construction of the school’s“Double High Plan”.On the basis of presenting the basic characteristics of intelligent archives management in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems in the intelligentization development of archives management in higher vocational colleges at this stage.Finally,under the construction of“Double High Plan”,effective suggestions and methods to strengthen the intelligentization development of archives work in higher vocational colleges are given.It is hoped that this can improve the quality and level of the intelligentization of archives management in higher vocational colleges and promote the healthy development of the intelligentization of archives management in higher vocational colleges.
