唐包线运输组织优化探讨

Study on Transportation Organization Optimization of Tangshan-Baotou Railway

近年来,铁路货运量持续增长,唐包线车流持续高位运行,分界口能力紧张的问题尤为突出。在阐述唐包线货运量情况及煤炭运输需求的基础上,分析唐包线在铁路运输组织中存在的站场布局缺陷、通过能力紧张、车流阶段性不均衡、机车车辆运用限制等问题,影响铁路运输主要通道畅通,制约铁路货运装车增量,影响铁路货物运到时限。基于此,提出改造站场设施、优化调整运输组织、组织均衡运输、优化机车机班运用等唐包线运输组织优化对策,对挖掘铁路运输组织潜力、提升唐包线通过能力、铁路货运提质增效具有深远意义。

In recent years,the railway freight volume grows continuously,and the traffic flow of Tangshan-Baotou Railway remains at a high level,which results in prominent tight boundary capacity.This paper explored the freight volume and coal transportation demand of Tangshan-Baotou Railway and analyzed the problems in the transportation organization of Tangshan-Baotou Railway,such as defects in the layout of stations and yards,shortage of carrying capacity,uneven stages of traffic flow,and insufficient utilization of locomotive trains,which affected the smooth flow of main railway transportation passages,restricted the increase in freight loading,and affected the delivery time of goods.On this basis,this paper put forward suggestions on optimizing the transportation organization of Tangshan-Baotou Railway,such as transforming facilities of stations and yards,adjusting transportation organization,organizing balanced transportation,improving the utilization of locomotive trains,which are of far-reaching significance to tap the potential of railway transportation organization,improve the carrying capacity of Tangshan-Baotou Railway,and enhance the quality and efficiency of railway freight transportation.
