摘要 小径管管座角焊缝广泛存在于锅炉、管道等承压设备中,因结构复杂和检测空间受限,常规无损检测方法检测效果较差,难以满足设备实际运行的安全要求。提出利用超声相控阵技术进行检测,并利用CIVA软件指导检测工艺的制定。结合焊缝中常见缺陷,加工含气孔和未熔合缺陷的模拟试块,利用相控阵检测技术进行检测。结果表明:针对小径管角焊缝,超声相控阵检测技术具有较好的检测效果。 Small diameter pipe seat fillet welds are widely found in pressure equipment such as boilers and pipelines.Due to their complex structure and limited testing space,conventional non-destructive testing methods have poor testing results and are difficult to meet the safety requirements of equipment operation.This article proposes the use of ultrasonic phased array technology for testing and the use of CIVA software to guide the development of testing processes.Combined with common defects in fillet welds,simulate test blocks containing porosity and incomplete fusion defects are processed and tested using phased array detection technology.The results indicate that the ultrasonic phased array detection technology has good detection results for small diameter pipe fillet welds.
