高压反应器系统的设计

摘要 介绍了一种羰基合成装置的高压进料、反应、取热及冷却等高压系统的优化设计应注意的问题。反应器系统的安全设计除了需要考虑反应器本体的本质安全设计之外,也需要重视其配套反应器的管道、安全阀、仪表及附属设备的安全设计。生产装置的运行结果表明,只有在选择设计规范、反应器内件设计、相关系统设计方面打好基础,才能在生产操作过程中保证装置的安全、稳定、长周期运行。 This paper introduces some key points in the optimization design of high-pressure systems such as highpressure feeding,reaction,heat extraction,and cooling for a carbonyl synthesis device.In addition to considering the intrinsic safety design of the reactor body,the safety design of the supporting reactor pipelines,safety valves,instrumentation and auxiliary equipment also needs attention.The operation results of the production device indicate that only by laying a solid foundation in selecting design specifications,reactor internal design and related system design can the safe,stable,and long-term operation of the device be ensured during the production operation process.
