近年来,柑橘产业不断发展,产生的柑橘果皮废料过剩。改善大量柑橘果皮废料堆积而造成的环境问题的一种常见策略是从柑橘果皮中提取精油。系统论述了国内柑橘属植物精油的提取技术与应用研究,分析了不同提取技术的优点及存在的问题,展望了柑橘属植物精油在生产、生活中的应用及前景。

In recent years,the citrus industry has been continuously developing,producing a surplus of citrus peel waste.A common strategy to improve the environmental problems caused by the accumulation of large amounts of citrus peel waste is to extract essential oils from citrus peel.This paper systematically discusses the extraction technology and application of citrus essential oil in China,analyzes the advantages and problems of different extraction techniques,and forecasts the application and prospect of citrus essential oil in production and life.
