老年脑梗死患者社会支持与焦虑、抑郁相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Social Support and Anxiety and Depression in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨老年脑梗死患者社会支持与焦虑、抑郁相关性研究。方法:选取2021年12月-2023年2月入住我院神经内科180例老年脑梗死患者应用一般资料调查表、老年焦虑量表、老年抑郁量表以及社会支持量表进行问卷调查分析其相关性。结果:本次调查共计回收合格问卷168份,有效回收率为93.33%。老年脑梗死患者社会支持与焦虑呈现显著负相关(r=-0.547,P<0.001),老年脑梗死患者社会支持与抑郁呈现负相关(r=-0.328,P<0.001),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:老年脑梗死患者存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁,医护人员应尽早评估其焦虑、抑郁及社会支持情况,充分发挥其社会关系网,缓解老年脑梗死患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective:To investigate the study of the correlation between social support and anxiety and depression in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:180 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the neurology department of our hospital from December 2021 to March 2023 were selected to apply the General Information Questionnaire,the Geriatric Anxiety Scale,the Geriatric Depression Scale and the Social Support Scale to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze their correlations.Results:A total of 168 qualified questionnaires were recovered from this survey,with a valid recovery rate of 93.33%.Elderly patients with cerebral infarction showed a significant negative correlation between social support and anxiety(r=-0.547,P<0.001),and elderly patients with cerebral infarction showed a negative correlation between social support and depression(r=-0.328,P<0.001),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Elderly patients with cerebral infarction have different degrees of anxiety and depression,and health care workers should assess their anxiety,depression and social support as early as possible,and give full play to their social network to alleviate the anxiety and depression of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
