Research Advances in MTHFD2 Regulation of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma by Affecting Immune Infiltration

亚甲基四氢叶酸脱氢酶2是线粒体中叶酸介导的一碳代谢反应的关键酶,其在调控细胞生理过程,对包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病的发生、发展发挥着重要作用。本文就MTHFD2与肿瘤免疫浸润的关系以及在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的研究作一综述。

Methylenetetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase 2(MTHFD2)is a key enzyme in the folate-mediated one-carbon metabolism(FOCM)response in mitochondria.MTHFD2 plays an important role in regulating cellular physiological processes and the occurrence and development of various diseases,including tumors.This article reviews the relationship between MTHFD2 and tumor immune invasion and its role in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
