关于产科住院医师规培教学活动改革的思考

Reflections on the Reform of Teaching Activities of Obstetrics Residency Training

住院医师规范化培训是我国为培养适应社会发展的人才、拥有良好临床技能合格临床医师所采取的一项重要措施,创新性地改革产科住院医师规范化培训教学活动,应用多种教学模式,如教学病例库建立、医护联合在临床技能操作中的应用、以问题为导向(PBL)教学+MDT模式在教学查房中的应用,情境模拟教学模式,从而对教学活动进行改革,结果发现多种教学模式的运用可增强住培医师的参与度,调动积极主动性,有助于临床思维训练和处理问题能力的提高。如何寻求行之有效的教学手段,培养优秀产科住院医师及培养出新一代产科合格接班人一直以来都是临床工作甚至社会所肩负的重任。

The standardization training of resident physicians is an important measure taken by our country for training talents who adapt to social development and have good clinical skills and qualified clinicians.It innovatively reforms the standardization training teaching activities of obstetrical residents and applies a variety of teaching modes.For example,the establishment of the teaching case bank,the application of the medical union in the operation of clinical skills,the application of the problem-oriented(PBL)teaching+MDT model in the teaching rounds,and the situational simulation teaching model,so as to reform the teaching activities.The results show that the application of various teaching models can enhance the participation and mobilize the active initiative of resident physicians.It is helpful to the training of clinical thinking and the improvement of problem solving ability.How to find effective teaching means to train excellent obstetrics residents and a new generation of qualified successors has always been the responsibility of clinical work and even the society.
